Volume II Enhanced: 1877 - 1989
An additional Volume called From the Rise of Modern America to the Triumph of Freedom is also available for states and districts where the curriculum and standards specifies that US History is taught Exploration through Reconstruction, and End of Reconstruction to Modern Times. To assist educators with these curricular requirements, Volume II Enhanced starts with the last two chapters of Volume I, and spans 1877 to 1989, starting at the end of Reconstruction and extending through the end of the Reagan presidency. Thus, options for educators might be to use individual Volumes, Volume I with Volume II, or Volume I with Volume II Enhanced. |
